Location was ideal. Quiet and peaceful. Lovely room; comfy bed and good shower- flow good and hot. Welcoming manager. Nothing not to like. I’d stay there again.
Great location with rooms that were very well appointed, clean and very luxurious. The spa bath was a welcome surprise as well as a log fire in the lounge room. Even though we didn't see any staff, their online system for admitting guests was very efficient and work well. A great place to stay no matter the time of year. I would recommend the 12 on Albert to anyone wanting a bit of luxury during a holiday.
The entire reserve is so beautiful with lake access, volleyball court, fire pits, mini golf and walking trails. The staff is very friendly and the check in as well as check out process was very smooth. They provide clear instructions and the rooms are very sufficient for all your needs. It was so peaceful and quiet, I regret not having spent more time here as we were out at Falls Creek for snow. Definitely will visit again in the warmer months!
The room was very comfortable with high quality and stylish decor. The bed was super comfy. The sheets were a brilliant white and oozed luxury. The surroundings were quiet with understated elegance. As you can tell, we loved it. Under cover car parking. Only a short walk to the shops/pub.
Loved the location near the lake and cycleways/walkways. Not far from other attractions. They kept you informed via sms of events, i.e. the coffee van coming. Quiet peaceful stay.
