The aparthotel was in a quiet position but only a short walk to the shops and restaurants. The apartment was very clean, well maintained, very well appointed and well laid out with a beautiful balcony. The owners welcomed us and were very friendly and helpful. The spa was luxurious, very clean and the ideal place to relax.
The room was beautiful. Large, immaculate, very quiet and always warm. The bed so comfortable. The spa was fabulous though outside jacuzzi not hot enough by any means. And it was always very busy so not so peaceful. The location of the hotel is great.
The location and surrounding nature was incredible - so quiet, peaceful and beautiful! The hotel was well-designed and very clean with great spa facilities. My impression was that it was a more couple-friendly hotel which worked well for us and lead to a very relaxing experience.
The staff were accommodating and helpful upon our request!

Martin, our wonderful host met us at reception, showed us where to park and the took us to the apartment and showed us how everything worked… and the graciously stayed to chat for a little while. He is a delightful gentleman who enjoys assisting people.
The apartments are within minutes of the ski lifts and town center but we’re quiet and peaceful

Excellent location near centre. Quiet. Pleasant apartment with balcony. Ideal for access to hiking. Would book again. Owner helpful when asked but also allowed ys all privacy.
Superb accommodation. Great location for us, quiet and only a few minutes walk to the gondolas. Clean, comfortable and we had use of the pool in the near by Edenlehen Hotel. Well equipped kitchen and luxury bathrooms. We will definite at stay again!

Fantastic summer destination.
The apartment is about 1 km walk (uphill) from Mayrhofen but really it was nice to be in a quieter place when coming home from hiking or being in town. There is a balcony with a beautiful view. Karlheinz is a great host that loves to chat a little. We brought or 1-year-old son and both Karlheinz, oma and the caretaker of oma (Ioana) loved him so children are more than welcome. This place is very good for the price.
Had a great stay at Apart Matthias. Fabulously appointed and spotlessly clean. Appointed more like a boutique hotel than a holiday apartment. The owner family are very hard working, professional but also very friendly and approachable. The location of the apartment is perfect too. Only a 5 minute walk to the main street of Mayrhofen but in a nice quiet spot with easy parking. Mayrhofen was a fantastic base for hiking and sightseeing. I'll certainly return and I'll be booking my accommodation at Apart Matthius. Highly recommended.
