Nice newly renovated apartment with spacious bathroom and well equipped kitchen. There are plenty of nice trekking opportunities in and around the accommodation. There is a free sauna available within the accommodation from 17:00 to 20:00.
The location is excellent, close to Langenfeld and Aqua dome (10-15 min walk). With summer card (guest card) the buses and cable cars are free in the entire Otztal valley, discount to Aqua Dome. Tourist information provides maps for hiking and biking. Many restaurants, 2 grocery stores. Excellent breakfast in a really authentic ambience. Must have :)
N.B. The small double room is very clean, but doesn't have a balcony, nor terrace, nor fridge.
Beautiful room. Comfortable bed and bedding. Amazing view from our balcony to the mountains. Top of the range spa with a huge variety of options. SPA3000 area was nice and quiet for hotel quests. Amazing breakfast buffet and 5 course style buffet dinner.
Fantastic place to spend your holidays! Comfortable, clean and well-equipped apartment, beautiful views, quiet and peaceful surroundings and a perfect starting point for the mountains! I highly recommend!
Amazing location & view, totally new built villa, super clean, quiet, peaceful place. Quality furniture, bed sheets and blankets, complete kitchen. 2 separated bath for each room;
Bath robes and slippers;
Super nice staffs, they offered freshly bread from the bakery for the next morning.

The apartment is in a beautiful and quiet spot a short walk to town (15-20min walk), where there are shops, restaurants, everything you need. It's also a 10min walk from a bus stop that takes you up and down the Oetztal! Our favourite part of the apartment was the massive balcony that overlooked the mountains, it provided a beautiful spot to relax after a day of summer hiking. All the facilities worked well and the host was kind and respectful. Nothing bad to say here, would highly recommend :)
Very clean and comfortable apartment. A lot of stuff in the kitchen - everything what you need to drink or eat.
Apartment is quiet and private. You can feel like home.
Bathroom is very big, so after day of hiking you can take a nice shower.
Hosts are very kind and if you need anything they are ready to help.
There was nothing to complain. If we will be at this area in the future, for sure we will try to book Haus Obweger again.

Great location and quiet location. Large rooms. The whole property was really nice and clean. The kids really enjoyed the large garden even after a whole day of hiking or biking.

- The location is very good, only 2 minutes walking to the nearby supermarket, 5 minutes walking to the centre of Längenfeld.
- Around 10-15 minutes driving to Soelden centre.
