The view and proximity to the beach. Was also very quiet and peaceful, away from the thrum of the rest of the island. The house was clean, communication via text with the host was great, and it was well represented by the pictures online, so we knew what we were getting! Location was superb!

Set in Port Aransas in the Texas region, Sea Breeze #131 Efficiency Condo in Town, Near Beach, Shared Pool & Hot Tub features a balcony and sea views. This is a great location. Close enough to walk to the beach and then over to the jetty. There are several places to eat within walking distance. Quiet location. Clean and Comfortable. We loved the balcony. We watched the sunrise every morning. The hot tub was hot. The pool was cold....but it was in December. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking pots/pans and utensils. We will definitely try to come back here on our next visit.
