Lovely quiet residential area but with lots of shops and eating places really close by. House has everything you need. Very clean and modern. Super comfy beds. Great AC. Host was very responsive to questions.

Pirates Pointe Resort is located in Ruskin and features a heated pool and pool views. There is a private entrance at the villa for the convenience of those who stay. For the price, I couldn't ask for a better location! I got there kinda late and they made sure I knew exactly how to get there and where to get the key. They had an informational binder filled with everything you need to know about where you were staying along with everything around you.

Located in Seminole in the Florida region, Nearly Beachy! 3/2 - Splash Pool provides accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. We stay in a lot of homes to see our daughter in the area. This is a beautiful home that has absolutely everything one needs for a wonderful vacation. The splash pool and lanai are great. The beds are extremely comfortable! Plenty of sleeping space for large families but room for individual privacy for quiet time. The location is perfect! We hope to return to this property many times. The host was very receptive and welcoming.
