New Tudor Cottage one block from Chico State and downtown with private garage bevindt zich in Chico in de regio Californië, en heeft een balkon en uitzicht op het zwembad. I loved this location right next to campus and the convenience of parking my car in the garage so that I could easily travel on foot. The fact that everything had a code made it really easy to enter the garage, yard and apartment. The little kitchen was perfect - it had everything I needed. Really appreciate there was a stove top in addition to the microwave.

We were met by Alfredo on arrival and given a tour of the property and our bungalow (Blue Agave.) He provided helpful information about local restaurants, the neighbourhood, and even served us welcome cocktails which were delicious! The walled property is tucked away on a quiet street just a short walk (2 blocks) from the main downtown streets with shops, restaurants, grocery store, etc. The hotel was very quiet and the grounds beautifully maintained. The buffet breakfast served out by the pool got us off to a good start every morning.
