We were looking for a getaway place which is remote but still cozy. This place was even better that we hoped for. Petra the host is kind and infromative. It was easy to find the place and was very easy to get the keys. The lodge is fully equipped, modern, clean, quiet and it is in a beautiful environment. Lot of hiking trails nearby, Bled reachable in 25-30min by car, Bohinj in 40-50 mins,
Beautiful and cozy cottage, with great views.
It's a special experience to stay overnight on the snowy mountain in this chalet. The staff made it as comfortable as possible despite some weather condition that affected water supply. Our room was not big but cosy, we also enjoyed the food at the restaurant. Sauna was also super. We could also make friends with the cute mountain cats. :)
The place is in a secluded place with a 2 minute walk from the river, and a close ride to the Savica Waterfall. The host is lovely, accommodating and warm and provided us with everything we needed, including bath robes for the sauna use. The breakfast includes a lot of variety and daily fresh juice. One of the best breakfasts I’ve had along my travels. A lovely cottage homey feeling surrounded by nature, would recommend for sure.
Everything was perfect! The studio is cosy and really nicely decorated with everything needed. Hosts were great and helped us with all the requests. The sauna is a huge plus!
One of the cleanest apartments we've ever had, without any bad odors, even in the cabinets and refrigerator. Well-equipped, including toys for the kids, plenty of clean towels, a first aid kit, a washing machine (with washing powder), and many other amenities. The cozy design creates a homely atmosphere. The owners are very friendly and kind. It's close to Lake Bohinj. It was nice to receive a tasty gift upon arrival. Thank you, Apartma Pr Gatej!

This is a superb cottage in the beautiful nature of Bohinj. The host Monika was very hospitable and welcomed us with some nice food & drinks. We got an extended explanation of all facilities in the cottage, and really everything you can think about was present! We fully enjoyed nature and nature sounds from the different terraces, the garden toys with the children, the hot tub and sauna, the biking and hiking in the environment,... One week was far too short! Hope to be back one day!
Everything was perfect during our stay at Planinska koca na Uskovnici! The place was beautiful, our room and all the cottage were very cosy and charming, the staff was very nice and recommended us beautiful places to see! We also tasted the traditional food which was very good! Thank you again for everything, we recommend 100%! :)
