Staff was very responsive prior and during our stay. We got fresh towels half way through the stay, nice detail much needed with 3 kids. The hot tub is a fantastic perk after a day of hiking. The weather was not warm enough to use the pool, but I can see how it'll be great come summer. Good location, quiet and just a minute to the main highway sending you to famous spots around the island. Easy 10m drive to Ponta Delgada's center. Much recommended.
