Luis and the staff was fantastic and very welcoming. Her helped us with information for visiting the city and local restaurants. The estate is well kept and classic with the times. Breakfast was great. Parking was easy in the lot or on the side street. Rooms were very comfortable.

We found it when our hotel got cancelled for no reason. It was 7:30 at night; they still had the front desk open, and a live person answered my call. We love the place, which is like the castle we saw in the morning. I feel like a princess living in a historical castle. Not only a farm right beside, their plants are all real!

We had a wonderful stay at SERRA with our family of 5. The design of the hotel is wonderful and very authentic but manages to combine modern touches. The pool is heated and has views of the mountains making it very relaxing. The property is clean and has great facilities within the apartment. Jessica and the team do a fantastic job of making you feel welcome and providing all the information you need - very hospitable. The highlight for my kids was the pond with turtles and fish - a great touch! This is a great spot to explore Serra da Estrela and I would not hesitate in recommending this to anyone and hope to return one day for another stay! Thank you to the SERRA team!

The home was beautiful and clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were very comfortable and our hosts were amazing. So kind and thoughtful and very helpful. They couldn't do anything more to be the most amazing and generous hosts. We loved our stay here and was sad to leave.
