A perfect spot to watch the stars (there was also a telescope available in the house)! I would like to get back in the future.

The house was so clean and cozy, and the view was absolutely amazing. The secludedness of this place gave us a chance to relax and enjoy the beautiful nature of Montenegro at its most. Berlokasi di Kotor, 16 menit jalan kaki dari Pantai Markov Rt dan 2,8 km dari Pantai Verige, Sunny Bay House menawarkan WiFi gratis, taman, dan AC. We stayed for a week in September - it was marvellous! Words cannot describe the luxury of having a designated place for sunbathing and diving that's right in front of the house. Don't get me started on the sunroom...Also, the house is equipped with everything that comes to mind - from bottle openers to various kitchen appliances etc. The hosts were super nice and the communication was a breeze. Hope we come back one day!

Despite the fact that we booked the Archaia literally a few hours before arrival, we found the house exceptionally clean. I am very scrupulous about cleanliness, especially bed linen and bathroom, but we were very pleased with the quality and cleanliness. It was nice when the host reached me out by phone literally immediately after booking to confirm that they were waiting for us. This is always reassuring, especially when you are on the road for many hours and book accommodation a few hours before arrival. This house is suitable for both a quiet or active holiday either with a large family, a group of friends or single travelers and couples. The area is quiet and relaxing. Has enough parking space, both covered and open. Special compliments to the owner of the house - we felt like guests of the house, close friends, such a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout the five days that we spent there. Thank you, Mirko, you will forever be in our hearts. The breathtaking views over the mountains and the Bay of Kotor, the beautiful nature surrounding the house, the magnificent courtyard with a fireplace for barbecue, table and chairs to gather for breakfast and dinner under the natural grapevine canopy – are beyond all praise. This is an authentic old stone house (by age, not by condition) where you feel history, - it is well equipped and comfortable and at the same time has preserved its historical appearance in decoration and details. Archaia is a magical place where my friends and I would wish coming back again and again.

We stayed 2 weeks and enjoyed every single day. Very near to the airport like 15 minutes drive (depending on your landing time can be little more) and is close to Tivat, Kotor and Budva. We had a rental car and we could reach all the locations within 30 minutes driving. The haus itself is at 5 minutes drive from the main road, on the hills, very quiet area and with a beautiful view & sunset. It has air condition and TV in each room, with modern Smart TVs and very good brands for all the equipment in the haus. Kitchen is fully equipped and there is even a washing machine which we used to clean all our clothes before finishing the vacation. Coming to the highlight of the haus which is the infinity pool. In reality is even bigger than the picture impression. You can swim whenever you want, as there are no neighbors to complain. Sunset from the pool was amazing. The Owner/Manager is very professional and it helped with any questions we had. All in all it was a great experience, we enjoyed the villa, we enjoyed the time in Montenegro and we will come again.
