The unit itself was beautiful and modern. Very clean and in an amazing location. As with all Old Towns there is no parking within the old town, but you are able to enter to drop off your luggage, collect the parking pass. You then have to drive to the parking structure which is underground and secure. Only about a 5-10 min walk from the unit. It is a lot of stairs so I don't recommend leaving anything in the car you may need. Beautiful walk though.

Great location if you want to stay off the beaten track of split but close enough to airport for morning travel. The staff member Niksa messaged me within 10 mins of making the booking and met me out the front and personally drove me to the airport in the morning. The rooms are stunning and it’s super close to the beach. If you want to chill out great location.

Extremely clean, comfortable, and everything was literally new. The building is beachfront, and there is also place on the beach (with umbrellas and stuff) that is provided for guests with no extra charge. The owner is very responsible, he was available to provide any kind of needed information before the arrival, and the whole staff were at our service during our stay, always smiling and offering help with no hesitation.
