I had an excellent stay here with family in late September for the first day of the Ryder Cup golf in nearby Marco Simone. The setting for the property is fantastic. The rooms were very spacious, modern and comfortable. We really enjoyed the excellent swimming pool as well. Staff were very helpful throughout our stay. The highlight for us was the restaurant, which was fantastic. Food and wine was excellent, and great value also. Overall, an excellent and memorable few days. Would highly recommend.

Staying at this traditional winery in Frascati was an unforgettable experience steeped in history and culture. The host, Oreste, embodies the warmth and generosity of a classic Italian gentleman. His home radiates comfort and charm, offering a truly unique stay that felt both authentic and welcoming. One of the highlights of our time here was the daily delivery of fresh bread from Oreste’s own bakery. Every morning, we were greeted with an array of delicious breads – without a doubt the best we had during our entire European trip. For those with a car, the location is incredibly convenient, with just a little over a half-hour drive to a parking lot near the Termini station. From there, exploring Rome and the surrounding areas was a breeze. If I could give more than 10 stars, I would. This place deserves 20! We will definitely be back and can’t recommend it enough to anyone looking for an authentic Italian countryside experience.

The location was beautiful, the room was perfect, the food was incredible! The owners are absolutely lovely and we are excited to come back soon!

The breakfast was better than the complimentary food in the USA. I love the location. It is within walking distance to the colosseum. It is also secured apartment with AC, which made us so cozy during sleep during our stay while the temperature was over 90F.

This is not my first time staying with Anna. Everything is top-notch: clean, comfortable, and with the ability to cook. Thank you for your hospitality, friendliness, and responsiveness. I highly recommend this apartment as an excellent option for staying in Rome.

The host, Alessandro, made sure everything went smoothly from our arrival to our departure. The apartment is in a great location to enjoy nearby restaurants and christmas markets. Felt like great value and easy to enjoy which is a great combo for a weekend getaway.

Very cozy, clean, everything is thought out to the smallest detail! Special thanks for the breakfast. Veronica is very nice, easy to talk to, was always in touch, met me, showed and told everything. The apartment had everything you need, full bath accessories, spices and oil for frying in the kitchen, which is usually rare when booking other locations. I even regretted that I was there only the night before the flight. I will come back here again with great pleasure!
