Lovely house very spacious with lots of room. Great communication by host. Just be aware that there’s a steep hill to climb up if you don’t have a car, but as a consequence you get stunning views of the lake, mountains and sunsets. Had a welcome bottle of alcohol which was a great touch and a full equipped kitchen.

CAV MOTTENO ligger i Mandello del Lario, tæt på Lido Mandello del Lario og 32 km fra Villa Melzi Gardens. Der er balkon med udsigt over byen, gratis cykler og fælles opholdsstue. Very nice and clean apartament, close to the lake. The host was very nice and friendly. We enjoyed staying here.

Greenlake House Tremezzina is such a cozy place that made us didn’t want to leave the house. It is situated at a perfect spot looking out to Bellagio and away from the crowd. The property has everything that we needed (cooking utensils, washing machine, microwave, kettle, fireplace with plenty of pallets, and the host Alberto was a very warm and caring person who looked after us very well. Without a car it would be quite challenging to reach as it is situated up in the hill, but for the view? Absolutely worth it!! Around the property there are so much to see even in the low season. Pier Lenno can be reached by walking downhill in 15 mins but probably twice as much the time coming up (again, very nice view so it’s worth it). We went to the local butcher and bought roast beef for Chinese fondue at home. It was top quality meat at very reasonable prices. Supermarket Canad is about 15 mins drive away toward Menaggio, very convenient when we need to pick up food and basic toiletry. All in all, staying at Greenlake House Tremezzina was an experience that we will always treasure!!

Appartamento House of Roses con vista Duomo ligger i Como, 700 m fra Como Lago Station og 600 m fra Basilica di San Fedele. Der er fælles opholdsstue og udsigt over byen. This apartment was lovely and immaculate. It was quite large, with plenty of room for our family of four people. We visited in December, so we were unable to really use the four balconies, but can imagine how nice to have them available in the warmer months. The decor was homey. Both the kitchen and the living room were cozy and inviting. The location of the apartment is perfect. We travelled by train from Milan and easily walked to the apartment from the Como Lago station. We easily walked to the old town too. Many great restaurants are close by as well as a couple of local coffee shops are literally just steps away. Thomas is a wonderful host who is quite personable and very responsive. We actually think he is the best host we have ever had:). We brought our dog, and Thomas put out a little doggie bed as well as water and food bowls. Thank you Thomas.

Agriturismo Il Medeghino ligger i Musso, blot 17 km fra Villa Carlotta, og tilbyder indkvartering med bjergudsigt, gratis wi-fi og gratis privat parkering. ONE OF OUR BEST STAYS EVER !!! Everything was perfect. The location is dreamy between the mountains and the lake. The staff, a family, was so welcoming and devoted to give their best to provide us the best experince ever. The place is so charming and comfortable, modernly renovated with so much good taste and perfectly clean. Super welcoming for families with kids. The breakfast was home made, local and so delicious. It was a dream !!! We definitely recommend it and already want to go back again !!! Thank you so much again to the Il Meddeghino family !!! Congrats !!!

Volta's Dream ligger i Como, 2,8 km fra togstationen Como Borghi og 3,2 km fra basilikaen San Fedele. Der er have og udsigt til haven. Der er også egen indgang. That's an amazing appartment in a quiet area, well equipped big rooms beds are very comfortable great wifi well equipped kitchen parking is besides. The host are very friendly very helpful for all and any of your needs. It's close to the city, close and easy access to any direction you want/need in the lake. Definitely that's a place to return in future :-)

Huonder House ligger i Lecco, 22 km fra Villa Melzi Gardens og 23 km fra Bellagio Færgeterminal. Der er aircondition. The apartment is exactly like in the pictures, even more beautiful. Clean, modern, equipped with everything, in a great location, the train station and the boat port can be reached within 10 minutes, but the apartment is still quiet. Paola and Alberto are incredibly kind and helpful, during the time we spent there they inquired whether everything was okay or if we needed anything. I definitely recommend it.

The hosts expected us very kindly. They took us to the apartments from the parking lot. :) The place is very beautiful, view of the mountain and the city. The host made a home-baked pie. It was very delicious! This is definitely a place to stay for both couples and families. The owners have 6 golden retrievers who were very friendly. We loved it here!
