Very clean, fantastic shower, comfortable bed, they are still renovating but the facilities are very nice nevertheless. The family is also very friendly and hospitable.

A recently renovated farm stay located in Berceto, Agriturismo Il Mulino della Rocca features a garden. The property features mountain and garden views. We’re on a roadtrip in Italy and booked this accommodation without any expectations, becouse we just needed a room that was in on our way. We’re pleasantly suprised of genuine hospitality, accomodation itself and surroundings. There is beautiful and quite nature all around. Even hiking trails if you’re intrested in that. All foods in breakfast were delicious and homemade, made from their own flour and other products. Recommend!

8.3 km from Bellaria Igea Marina Station in Rimini, Agriturismo Borgonuovo offers accommodation with access to a hot tub and public bath. What a beautiful property & gardens. We felt so relaxed here and wish we stayed longer than a one night stop- over. The staff were all so welcoming & friendly. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the gardens. The spa and shower were a special touch.

Offering a garden and quiet street view, Casa Vacanze Ca' di Lucchini is located in San Benedetto Val di Sambro, 43 km from Saint Peter's Cathedral and 45 km from Sanctuary of the Madonna di San Luca.... Awesome Experience. I think it was better to stay here than in a multi star hotel. Hope to visit again.

Situated within 19 km of La Macchina del Tempo and 19 km of Santo Stefano Church, Country House Oliveto sul Lago features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in San Nicolò. Beautiful place, amazing location. The building is new and well maintained. The pool is really nice and we have also great experience with the staff - young, but very nice. The rooms are spacious, exclusive bathrooms and stunning views. But what we admired the most was the breakfast. Not that wide selection, but everything was completely fresh, homemade and local and tasted amazing!

Located in Villanova sullʼArda and only 16 km from Stradivari Museum, Agriturismo Pizzavacca provides accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking. Room, dinner, breakfast were excellent, as their own products. We can only recommend it. Only one thing should be improved: my Italian language knowledge.

Featuring a garden, barbecue facilities and views of garden, Rio Sabbioso is located in Dozza, 34 km from Bologna Fair. Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property. We spent one afternoon and overnight stay at Rio Sabbioso on our 4 day-long sea and road journey from Volos, Greece to Reading, England. Roberta, the owner, was waiting for us even if we arrived in the early afternoon ahead of scheduled check-in time. The overall setting, landscape, lush green surroundings and building premises are amazing. We were accommodated in a huge, comfy bedroom with modern bathroom, large lounge as common area beautifully renovated. The super quiet Dozza village lies only 15 min. driving off the busy Ancona-Bologna highway. For dinner, Roberta advised us the Via Vai restaurant in Dozza village which we really enjoyed. Having to leave the next morning at 4 am on our way to France, Roberta kindly organised two breakfast packs which we enjoyed eating 5 hours later on the slopes of the snow-capped Santo Gottardo mountain in Switzerland.
