Harmoni One's staff are so fun, the bellman meeting you with a smile and opening the lobby doors with perfect timing, the wonderful front desk staff smiling and knowledgeable, the restaurant staff smiling attentive to every detail. The hotel is magnificent with giant rooftop pool with hot tub and kiddy pool, the gym ready for an excellent workout and then hop in the pool, the kind smiling pool staff providing soft fluffy towels. The hotel interior was good. The room was big and cozy. The tv and channels were awesome! Located just beside Nagoya Mall is a plus point. The pool is good, just enough dept to have a good time.
It was a wonderful short trip away. The surrounding was peaceful with beautiful views of the landscape. Beautiful hills in the back drop of our stay. Children had lots of fun in the pool. The food was delicious. We had a bbq dinner buffet. The setting was cosy and romantic.The live station of fried noodles was amazing, tempted to asked his chef for his recipe. Staff were friendly and polite. Room is spacious.
