Offering an outdoor pool, Jati Cottage is located in Ubud in the Bali Region, 700 metres from Ubud Monkey Forest. Highly recommend. I will come back again.

It’s 10 min walk to monkey forest and really close to the restaurants, markets and ATM and anything you need. Staff is really kind and helpful. Whatever you need, they are providing immediately. And the villa itself is breathtaking. Towels and the sheets are so clean and smelling nice. The pool is warm all the time. Everything is just perfect here. It’s a really great stay for us.

The cottage is in a truly enchanting location, and it is as open as it can be, while also protecting you from the elements and prying eyes. You can see the sunrise over the ricefields from your bed, you have every comfort of a modern accomodation with the feeling of being a part of nature. Gede and his wife are also really nice and will help you with anything, from activity recommendations and organization to food and drinks. Really enjoyed our stay here.

My husband and I spent a week here and wow everything was absolutely perfect. The villas are an oasis of privacy, they feel authentic yet luxurious. The breakfast is generous and delicious. We rented scooters from the Villa, which was really practical. Most importantly however, the staff was more than ten stars each (much love to Ketut and Nengah). They were warm, caring, kind, generous.. They even put flower offerings on our rented scooter to bless it before we would go out, and Nengah lent us his own parka on a very rainy day because we didn’t have one. We had heard Balinese people were particularly hospitable but we would never have imagined this level of hospitality! We highly highly recommend going to Roshan Ubud Villa

Incredibly kind and helpful family running the business, they gave us a very warm welcome and always made sure we had everything we needed. They even offered to drive us to our next destination, an hour away at night, when we couldn’t find transportation. The cottages are simple but very well maintained, making a comfortable stay. Great location for those looking to go up Mount Batur early in the morning. Excellent value for money
