House is modern and new. There are 3 rooms with 3 bedrooms. There ist one more room mit WC and washing machine. So you have literally 4 WCs. There is an AC in every room! really great! The Optimum number of guests is 6. In the living room is another opportunity to sleep for 2 persons. There is also a parking slot behind the house. Highlight is the pool and terrace. You will really need him as the days are really hot! The children were like 4h a day in that pool. You can reach 3 beaches walk in few minutes. There was no problem at all with 3 small children. If you need something the owner of the house is always to reach per mobile phone.
