Very clean and compact space- well appointed and modern- a recent build with good spec. Even when weather poor there is a great view and vibe indoors from the dining table and patio doors. Great host - Ranko- picked us up and took to ferry . So happy to help and enthusiastic. And like a friend

We chose Holiday home Berta as one of the stops on our island, hopping adventure through Croatia to experience Korcula, and i must say that it was great. It was clean, quiet, and relaxing, but the best part was drinking my morning coffee surrounded by olive trees without any neighbours.

Situated in Korčula, near Tri Zala Beach and Vrbovica Beach, Seafront House on Island Korčula is a recently renovated property, featuring, a private beach area and garden. best place for vacation. the house is super clean and has everything you need. there is a washer and dryer, all kitchen tools, comfortable beds, hard and soft pillows to choose from etc. the location of the house is very charming, you are in contact with nature. from the house there are private stairs to the sea and small beach next to it. internet in the house works very well. the house is quiet. we were there in september and there were strong storms, but the house was quiet. Irena - the owner is a great person who always does everything to help you if you need anything. very strong recommendation

At first we were a bit hesitant to reserve this home due to a lack of reviews, however, we are glad we did because the home was everything we could have wanted and more. When we arrived we parked in the private garage and were kindly greeted by the hosts Marko and his wife, who showed us around the home and gave us suggestions and recommendations on how to best spend our time in Vela Luka. The home itself is just a 1 minute drive from Vela Luka’s Marina and a 5-10 minute drive from public beaches and just a two minute walk to nearby shops and restaurants. The home itself is quite modern and very spacious with 4 bathrooms and it could comfortably sleep 7 people. There is also airconditioning in each of the bedrooms and the house comes with all the amenities you need, towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dishwasher and washing machine tablets etc. The home also has a beautiful view of the centre of a Vela Luka which you can see either from the balcony or the roof top terrace.

Both free WiFi and parking on-site are accessible at the villa free of charge.... The villa is absolutely gorgeous: really beautifully decorated, spacious and well-appointed with pretty much every amenity you could think of. We really liked the location as it's very peaceful, with walkable supermarket and restaurants, but so easy to drive or get a taxi to Korcula Town or elsewhere (we hired a car). Linda was a very helpful host and available for any questions. A very special place!
