The house is really spacious, recently renovated with excellent quality furniture. There is powerful AC on every room, that made our stay very delightful. We loved the balcony upstairs that has a very cozy living space to chill and relax. Our host is one of the most responsive and kind host you can find. He answers immediately to any issue you have. We would definitely stay there again.

Korifi by halu!, Villa with sea view is situated in Skiathos Town, less than 1 km from Skiathos Plakes Beach, a 17-minute walk from Vassilias Beach, and less than 1 km from Skiathos' Port. We spent a WONDERFUL 6 nights at Korifi by halu. My parents were over from New Zealand and this stunning property was our first stop of our trip around Europe, and I can 100% say this property was our favourite. The property itself is massive and seems very new/modern. The bedrooms/lounge area are all a good size, and the interior is beautiful throughout. The property has everything you need, and you can imagine staying there forever, it truly felt like a (glamorous) home away from home and we were sad to leave at the end of the stay. The views over the ocean are incredible, I can't even put into words how much we enjoyed sitting out on the balcony every morning/afternoon and evening taking in the beautiful views. I must add that the outdoor furniture is very comfortable, and the balcony is a lot larger than it looks in the photos. There is a bus stop right near the property which takes you all around the Island, we found this to be perfect for us. Our amazing host Kitty met us at the property (around 8pm) so she was able to give us the keys and show us around. Kitty was brilliant from beginning to end, I truly cannot speak highly enough of her. Kitty went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and was quick to respond to any questions we had. I've used booking.com for many years now and I can say that Kitty is one of the most helpful/pleasant hosts I have ever come across. I'm not one to normally return to a property as I like to experience different places each time I travel, however this property holds a special place in our hearts, and we are already looking to return in 2025. I would recommend this property to anyone who is looking to stay in Skiathos.

This is the best accommodation we have ever had. A unique fully restored old town house. Air conditioning is brilliant. The bed is huge and so comfortable’ great wet room and wi-fi.

Our 5-night stay at Villa Philosophia was extraordinary, surpassing all expectations. The villa provided luxury, comfort, and tranquility, making it the perfect retreat for unwinding. The stunning island views were breathtaking, especially while relaxing on the sunbeds or enjoying breakfast outside each morning. Though just 10 minutes from town, the villa felt private and secluded. Beautifully designed, the villa featured a spacious bedroom with a sliding door leading to a balcony, and a bathroom equipped with all essentials. We enjoyed restful sleep every night after exploring the island. The open and airy living area, with large sliding doors, let in natural light and offered spectacular views. A washing machine was a bonus, allowing us to pack light and do laundry as needed. The fully equipped kitchen was perfect for cooking our own meals, with everything from a hob and oven to an air fryer and kettle. We loved having evening meals under the stars. Kostas, who welcomed us warmly, made our stay even more special. He was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, lighting candles each night around the villa to create a romantic ambiance. He also respected our privacy, striking the perfect balance between being available and unobtrusive. As a thoughtful gesture, he gave us souvenirs from the island at the end of our stay, which was a lovely surprise. Overall, our stay was truly memorable. It's an ideal destination for anyone seeking a luxurious escape, whether for a romantic getaway, family vacation, or solo retreat. We can't wait to return in the future.
