It’s in IOA and it close by a bus station and car rental place. The hotel amenities was excellent. We stayed in a 2 bedroom facing the Caldera with a hot tub outside on our balcony. The Bathroom was spacious. What made our experience at this hotel even better was the staff that checks you in and helps you with any question you may have. Restaurant suggestions or what do to on the island. I cannot thank Helena enough for making us feel welcome and making sure we were taking care of. Helena treated us like royalty. The complementary breakfast is also amazing and fresh. I would not only go again to this hotel but I will recommend to all my friends!

Yiannis also took good care of us, giving us great suggestions as to where to eat and visit. We also had a great lunch at their family restaurant near the Beach. The location was perfect to see the sunset. The accommodation is located in the edge of the island, a bit far from crowded area, quite comfortable for us to bring kids. The hot jacuzzi is very comfortable! We used twice a day! The owner is very responsive, friendly and kind. When my boy broke a vase, they quickly sent a cleaner and cared about us. And the equipment in the hotel is also great. Sound system is awesome, kitchen is cute but useful, amenities are fancy, etc.

Conveniently located in the Oia Caldera district of Oia, Luxus VIP Suites is set 1.3 km from Katharos Beach, 15 km from Archaeological Museum of Thera and 23 km from Santorini Port. Best location to see sunset and sunrise, also not too many stairs to climb with suitcases (also the host helped us a lot, no worries at all).
