Every villa has a great sea view. The place is very calm-full, you almost don’t see the people from the other villas, even the common pool was always for us only. The breakfast was very good.

Extremly attentive, ready to help with anything you need or any question you might have. - Private secure parking within the area.

Situated within 100 metres of Nea Kallikratia Beach and 2 km of Kampos Beach, Estrella Rooms features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Nea Kalikratia. Me and my familiy stayed in the 2-rooms apartment in the ground floor. It has entrance directly from the street, through the private balcony, where you have tables and chairs. The best thing about this property is its location. It is almost on the beach, in the city center, but not in the main street, which is very important for the resting at night. Parking places are around the apartment, even the host gave us her personal spot, so the parking was not a problem. Rooms are very comfortable, and they have ACs, which saved us, when the temperatures went above 35C. Kitchen has all necessary appliances (except microwave oven), even a washing machine. If you are not planning to cook a lot, it will be enough. I noticed that some of previous guests put dirty dishes between the clean ones, and I think that’s very rude to the host and future guests. Anyway, restaurants are very good and relatively cheap, so my recommendation is to spend a minimum time in the kitchen and to try local specialties. Overall, the accommodation was great, and the host was very pleasant and helpful, so I can realy recommend this apartment.

Set within 200 metres of Asprovalta Beach and less than 1 km of Nea Vrasna Beach, Apartment in Asprovalta offers rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Asprovalta. The apartment is very close to the beach and stores. It has enough space for the group of 5-6 people. It is equipped with all the necessary stuff like cutlery and towels. There is a backyard and you have a table for yourself and a hanger for wet clothes. If you need to change the sheets you must ask for it, same goes for the towels and toilet paper.

Villas Lirtzis is set in Taxiarchis. The property has mountain and city views. The villa offers garden views, a sun terrace, and free WiFi is available throughout the property. It was really clean and beautiful place to stay. Me and my family liked the property and the whole area a lot. It was extremely calm and quiet place. It's a wonderful place to stay in the cool and easy to go to the beach in the summer. Also you miss the crowdy and too noisy resorts directly at the sea coast.
