It is very well equipped and close to the old city, super clean, the beds are so comfortable that you can easily oversleep and the staff is amazing: we even had a chocolate bar as a gift. I highly recommend this property!

Fabulous chalet, very warm and comfortable everything clean and tidy. The owners are great and discreet and are there if you require anything. The chalet is very well equipped with appliances and utensils. There are also two decking areas with seats and tables outside which are set in wonderful and very well maintained grounds within a large grassed area which was great for our dog. In our opinion this is a great place to stay and we hope to return soon. If you have read any not so good reviews about this property; from personal experience of staying here I would ignore them we found everything about the stay here to be a very high standard. Loch Lomond Finnich Cottages features garden views, free WiFi and free private parking, located in Drymen, 15 km from Mugdock Country Park. Beautiful place with loads of space for a family of five. We could’ve stayed for a week! The cottage had everything we needed incl. a fully fitted kitchen. Amazing surroundings. Close to Loch Lomond, Ben A’an and Devils Pulpit.

Set in Lochearnhead and only 35 km from Lake of Menteith, Mansewood Country House offers accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. Everything was so lovely; good breakfast, the windows still had the shutters so was able to make it properly dark in the room for those long Scottish summer days AND the sheets were so fricken soft! Will definitely be back if I’m ever in the area.
