Facilities, were good ideal for four people we were met at the property, able to park off road. There were some good places to eat closest but check you may need to book. Nice walk to kew garden. Management set up WhatsApp group which made contact easy for questions which set up before we left. Received tutorial on how to get into the premises. They could not be more helpful.

With its spotless, cosy ambiance, high-end furnishings, useful conveniences, and ideal location, the property truly appears much nicer than the photos. I'm glad I didn't have to pack by the side of the road because the drive-through was excellent. I have no complaints; I had a great time and will most certainly return for a longer stay throughout the summer. I heartily endorse this lodging.
