Rosie, the ferocious guard dog (I'm joking 😁) was the highlight of a perfect stay. The owners are kind and helpful, the farm is located on the lake and you can have a swim or also a sauna. The bedroom with bathroom was really nice and with view of the lake. Also the breakfast was really good, and you have free parking on the property.

Set in Savonlinna in the Eastern Finland region, Villa Myllymäki offers accommodation with free private parking, as well as access to a hot tub. The location was incredible, on a hill with no one around and an amazing view on the countryside, the lake and the horses around. The amenities where incredible: the jacuzzi, the sauna with an amazing view and the barbecue. The apartment was tiny but extremely well organized also to eat there. And the view from the bed was unbelievable. The owner is an extremely nice person, helpful, and willing to make our stay the best. We strongly suggest this place, it will always remain in our memories

Very peaceful and calming. The host, Miika, is a nice guy but doesn’t speak English. There is a paddle board or a rowboat to explore the lake. It’s about a 13 minute drive into Savonlinna. Hit the grocery store first for your supplies.
