The apartment is stunning, super clean, beautifully furnished, modern. It's very calm and peaceful with a beautiful view on the sea. Breakfast is delivered every day and each day it was something different, it was wonderful. All in all, it was perfect and I would definitely go back!

The property is non-smoking and is set 1.2 km from Puerto del Carmen Beach. Everything was great from start to finish! Maria greeted us on arrival and showed us around. We stayed here for a week and we couldn’t fault anything, private pool was fantastic (we had it heated at it was lovely). We saw Maria a day before we were leaving and she asked when our flight was (evening time). She managed to sort us out staying until we needed to leave for the airport and we were most grateful. It had everything you need! This was our second encounter with Maria and she is fab!

Additionally, the cleanliness of the villa added to the overall positive experience. Highly recommended for those seeking a relaxing and affordable getaway. On the shore at south end of town, right in front of one of the best rock pool swimming areas. No boat moorings in sea here and fish life spectacular. Roof for wonderful views and sunrises, and perfect for sunning as well as the large terrace at ground level. House very comfortable, everything that’s needed with some little extras showing thoughtfulness from owners. We met Manfred and his Mother and both were exceptionally polite and very helpful.

It features a long driveway with a private car park and a fantastic patio, complete with a BBQ and pizza oven set against a beautiful backdrop of palm trees and bamboo. Gloria and Jesús were incredible hosts, always reachable via WhatsApp, offering recommendations, and checking in regularly to ensure everything was perfect. The attention to detail really sets this place apart—a welcome pack with snacks, a wide selection of books, fresh towels, and even a thoughtful keyring to help avoid misplacing the keys. The bathroom is a highlight, with a stylish in-floor lighting system.
