The house is lovely, well furnished and equipped, located on a quiet street, and the hosts were extremely nice, cooperative and very helpful. The place s so beautifully located within a mini reptilium ZOO! We were given a night tour over the reptilium and it felt almost surreal to wach all these reptiles by night. The houses are tiny but they are really comfortable and fully equipped. On warm days you can sit outside, which adds space. There are supermarkets just round the corner, which reminds you that this charming leafy place is in a large city. One of my favourite hotels in the unusual category!

The studio was very clean and modern, it was clear that the owner finished rennovating quite recently. The centre of Bad Marienberg was close by, with lots of restaurants, grocery stores as well as a variety of short hiking routes nearby. The room had everything we needed (except maybe a kettle - but we simply used a pot to boil water instead). We really enjoyed the bathroom with the new rain shower as well. The building was very quiet too, we didn't often hear the guests in the other rooms.
