Featuring mountain views, Villa Nikitas offers accommodation with a garden and a balcony, around 4.2 km from Markideio Theatre. The house was very clean. Mr Panayotis was very responsive and polite. There was plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable and not too packed. The garden was incredible and fenced so we enjoyed most of our time outside relaxing. The interior was very cozy and traditional. All amenities required to cook etc were included. The cats outside were friendly and our dog was not even alarmed by them

The villa is wonderful. The location is very good, close to restaurants and shops and only 10 minutes by car to Coral Bay Beach. The hosts are responsive. I would definitely come back to this place.

The house is located in a beautiful, small town easily reached by car and free parking spots are in the vicinity. Upon arrival, we contacted our host, who gave us instructions for the self-check, which was convenient for us. This traditional stone house is equipped in a modern fashion but with respect for its history. We had a good night's sleep and lacked nothing during our stay. Local cats visited often, and we enjoyed their company :) Highly recommended!

Fantastic property in a brilliant location close to the sea and about a 4 minute walk to the bus stop. Very comfortable. We were here in December/January and had the pool heated which was perfect.

Just 300 metres from Chloraka Beach in Paphos, Meltemi offers elegantly decorated villas with balcony overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. We had an outstanding stay. The owner was incredibly kind and always helpful; Even before our arrival, we got an answer to every question we had- whether it was regarding the villa or even things to recommend generally. The villa was extremely clean inside and outside. When we first arrived, we received a large pizza for all six of us, and the fridge was full of useful things to start our vacation. We were a group of six and enjoyed our time there a lot!! Thank you!!
