We stayed in the superior room, the room was really lovely and spacious. The ladies on reception were really helpful and was able to answer all the questions we had about the area. The bed was so comfy and we had a great night sleep. The shutters on the window made the room pitch black which was great. The pool, hot tub and sauna facilities are incredible and really make the stay. The showers are in the room so if you’re not in a couple then it may be a little awkward.

The pool, hot tub and sauna really allow one to relax. While small, the pool was still long enough to do very short laps, enough to get the heart rate up.

Being situated near the tram station made it incredibly convenient for us to navigate around Geneva. From the moment we arrived, Thia's warm and accommodating nature made us feel right at home. Thia was an outstanding host, always ready to assist and provide helpful recommendations. The house itself was delightful, with its charming aesthetics and attention to detail. Our room was incredibly spacious and thoughtfully decorated, offering a cozy retreat after a long day of exploring the city.

The stay was fantastic, the view and the staff were kind and helpful. The room was lovely. Other than the fact that there was no room service, the restaurant was lovely and the service at the restaurant was outstanding. The fitness center was nice and clean and the sauna was very cozy, However, the sauna should be pre-booked for security as purposes, anyone can walk in or see the people on the inside.

I love this place and I’ve been there several times. Maybe I am biased because it is run by Italians :) but the atmosphere is so charming and cosy. The Auberge is literally in front of the tram stop with easy access to the train station and city centre. Nice breakfast: you can have it also outside in the garden! Carouge market square is lovely and just 5 min walking from the Auberge.

I loved the location and the breakfast. The room was comfortable and modern and the hotel staff very nice. The only thing that could have been improved was the teperature of the hot tub, as ot was not actually hot. I did like the pool and sauna and used them. The gym was not that well equiped it had no elliptical machine and no weights which is what I use when I go to the gym. I was surprised they had no free weights as they take up little room. But overall I really enjoyed my stay and how friendly the staff were.
