The cottage had everything we needed and was decorated beautifully. There were so many kangaroos around and so much space for my kids to run around.

The accommodation exceeded our expectations; despite being in a remote bush location, if you did not look out the windows the internal facilities would suggest you were in an inner city apartment! The design is well thought through and there are lots of little touches to make the space work really well and be very comfy. Our evening strolls on the property had us stumbling across wallabies, kangaroos, deer a fox and an echidna as well as the various birds - all good for a quiet observation. We particularly appreciated the peace and privacy for a quiet wind down post-Christmas. Communications with the host was easy and friendly.

Lazy K - Hideaway is a recently renovated holiday home in Kalkite, where guests can make the most of its garden and barbecue facilities. Our host Mel had decorated the place, we had family Christmas. It was spacious and well appointed, lots of beautiful highlights. Comfy beds and great proximity to Jindy and the mountains, while having the peace of a farm stay.
