Set just 16 km from Keppel Bay Marina, Figtree Cottage - Homestay - Yeppoon provides accommodation in Yeppoon with access to a garden, barbecue facilities, as well as a shared kitchen. Everything about my experience was exceptional: the host, location, facilities and even the essence of this property is something truly special. I truly felt like I was at a private spa during my time here; you are provided with spa and shower towels, robes and access to the relaxing hot tub - a wonderful experience (especially under the clear starry night). There is a fully stocked kitchen and I was given permission to use the various spices in the pantry too. Breakfast was delicious - Sarah provided delicious sour dough bread from the local bakery, butter and jam as well as fresh eggs, that I'm assuming were from her own free-ranging chickens. I will definitely return when I'm in Yeppoon!

Having the air con on for us in preparation for our arrival was a lovely touch! There was even ice in the freezer! Communication with host was excellent!

Located in Diwan, Forest views features a private pool. This property offers access to a balcony, free private parking and free WiFi. A magical retreat in the middle of the rainforest. Nature at your doorstep from an absolutely immaculate, gorgeous studio. Laying in the comfort of your bed and hearing/watching the rainforest be a rainforest was just lush lush lush. Had a visit from a monitor lizard which was very special. Loved the little touches like board games and high-end body wash/conditioner. Started to feel like home after 2 nights and were very sad to leave.
