The view at this property is exceptional. Set up the hill in Sarande, you get to be a part of the city without the noise and traffic. The staff are really attentive and Andy was such a lovely host with a cheery and happy demeanour every single morning. He had the contacts we needed for a taxi to pick us up from the port and if we wanted to rent a car. The room is lovely, spacious and clean with a lovely shower, handheld and waterfall. Great air con and mini fridge helpful for cooling our water overnight. The breakfast is the best you will get in Albania. THE BEST.

The house, although small, had everything you needed. The house is newly renovated and clean. An incredible view of the lake and mountains from the window. It takes 20 minutes to walk to the beaches (there are three incredible beaches nearby). But it is worth considering that all beaches are paid (10 euros for one sunbed for the whole day). The nearest supermarket in Ksamil is about 5 km from the hotel.

Good location far away from traffic and noise but near to supermarkets, restaurants and some beaches. The manager has provided us very nice options for beaches to visit and restaurants and available to clarify any question we had.

Contact with the host was pleasant. I imagine that at a different time of year and assuming the guest doesn't care about the view, it could be quite a nice place to spend a night.
