Extremely clean, comfortable, and everything was literally new. The building is beachfront, and there is also place on the beach (with umbrellas and stuff) that is provided for guests with no extra charge. The owner is very responsible, he was available to provide any kind of needed information before the arrival, and the whole staff were at our service during our stay, always smiling and offering help with no hesitation.

Set in Durrës, the recently renovated Luxury Penthouse offers accommodation 100 metres from Durres Beach and 38 km from Skanderbeg Square. This beachfront property offers access to a balcony. The property was as expected and we enjoyed our stay. It was very close to the beach and the center is easy reachable with a taxi. The host is very responsive and helpful. I can recommend this place! :)

We enjoyed our stay very much.

The property is very clean and well maintained, the owner is very attentive and made sure we had everything. He was very flexible with our schedule. It’s a very safe area, we never had any issues. Lots of families with young kids at the beach. Good restaurant recommendations from the owner. We loved the pine trees in front of the house. There is also market places with tasty fruits and vegetables, pharmacy, a clinic for emergencies. We would love to come back and stay longer.

With a private garden the apartment is fully equipped , very comfortable and close to the beach. An amazing choice for families. Clean and modern. The owner is very polite as well. Really reccomend.

The apartment is very large and comfortable.. 3 bathrooms was a pressure with 3 women in the team :). Large balcony. The beach was 200m across the street. Many restaurants and markets nearby.
