Cottages are perfect for travelers who enjoy feeling cozy and independent in the countryside. Usually small, traditionally built houses, cottages are spread across one or two floors – making them great for families or vacations with a little more privacy.
Very nice stay overnight in one of the 6 outer tents/half-spheres. Fully air conditioned and nice view from bed into the surrounding nature. Restrooms available one per tent, clean. Possibility to sit outside in the evening on a gas-driven fireplace. Nice Mexican restaurant only 2 minutes by car away. Breakfast was OK, served out of a paper box, but tasty.
It was different- in a very good way! Room was airy and extremely comfortable. Private patio looking out to nothing but vistas and night sky.
Staff were wonderful and extremely helpful and accommodating. Local restaurants great. National Park on the doorstep. What more could you want. Would definitely try and book a room with a hot tub or one of the ‘glamping’ domes next time, but if I ended up in the same room I’d be more than happy. Great place.
We recently stayed at this hotel and it was nearly perfect. The room was spacious and well-furnished, providing all the comfort we needed. The pool was lovely and well-maintained. The view from the window was beautiful. The room details were well thought out and very charming. The location was excellent, making it easy to reach the park and the restaurants in town.
The resort was in a great location for our needs, which was being able to enjoy the open night sky and close to the
national park. Upon arrival, the power was out so we really got to see the darkness of the sky! Despite the power
loss, we enjoyed our stay and the next day after an especially long hike, came back to the resort and had the Hot tub
sauna to ourselves!
We stayed in one of the cabins/ bungalows which was fantastic. Clean and very nicely decorated. The view from the porch was spectacular. We ate breakfast which was excellent and used the hot tub (pool wasn't yet open) and it was awesome after hiking at the National Park. The resort is the closest accommodations to the National Park. They have a campfire each night as well.
