Location was quiet and provides an easy access to the Sedona destinations we visited. House was clean and eqipped, the backyard was a serene place to gather around after a day, I laid down on the beanies and enjoyed stargazing ✨and host is very accomodating and welcoming thru text and email communication. Location was outstanding, but property was not managed well. MB Mattress was sunken, no wash cloths, no kleenex, napkins etc. Advised management and nothing was done. Was told if I purchase an iron I would be reimbursed. Once I purchased wash cloths and a functioning iron and pad cover...I was the told I would not be reimbursed. The so called "local staff" is nonexistent. Vacasa knows all the right things to say or pacify the client, but no corrective actions were taken. I would not stay at any property managed by Vacasa because the client has absolutely no recourse when they don't provide what the contract states.

The Sunshine House Is a remarkable location for those wanting to visit Sedona and not be overwhelmed by the masses and prices of the town itself. We were looking for seclusion and quiet with easy access to the surrounding area. Bingo! We were hoping for cleanliness and comfort. Bingo! To adequately describe how perfect this house is would take way too much space on this page. If you have a large group or family [4-8] do not look any farther.

The location was great for accessing many different hiking and biking trails, but if you want to be walking distance to town, you may want to go somewhere else. We didn't mind the short drive, and enjoyed this quiet, picturesque neighborhood. The house was very comfortable and we enjoyed having a washer and dryer and the back shaded patio to sit in, on hot days.

We loved our time at Sedona Pines it’s in the gorgeous setting and has such a quiet relaxing atmosphere. We had a two bedroom cottage with a dining deck between the two spaces. We made good use of the pool and hot tub it’s a large space and was never crowded. Enjoyed playing crazy golf too.

An absolute bonus with the hot tubs within each of the rooms. This was the relaxing stop off that we needed during our very full on road trip. Real attention and care had gone into the woodland setting and surroundings.
Small cabins like park models but efficiently planned and very comfortable. Showing their age a bit but they provide everything you need in a home base to access the hiking in Sedona.
The pool was large and welcome after a day on the trails as was the adult only lagoon spa (large hot tub).
The BBQs at the activity center worked well and were clean, the mini golf was a fun extra.
The ac and heat worked well. The bathroom was large and had a spacious bathtub.
Location in Oak Creek Canyon is incredible. Quaint individual and different cabins. Private and cozy mountain cabin. Staff was responsive sympathetic to any issues and made the guest feel valued.
We (a group of friends) had a great stay at the Sugar Loaf Lodge for two days. Very welcoming and helpfull staff, we only meet the same person for the days we where staying, his name was Thor and we only have good things to say about him.
Breakfast is simple but its good enough to get the day started.
There is a pool and a hot tub.
Location is good, many places to have dinner and stores are close by. Its also close to hiking trails. We can only recommend this place and will definitely come again if we travel to Sedona again.
Charming little cottage with nice touches like a fireplace and games if you are coming with the family. Great little outdoor area with chairs and a grill.
Lovely cottages full of all amenities to make our stay perfect. Free laundry which was great as we were on a 3 week road trip. Pool and hot tubs were just what we needed and being in Sedona the best place on the planet couldn't get any better
