We had a wonderful stay at the Lovely House in San Bruno! The owners were incredibly helpful, always available to answer questions and ensure we had everything we needed. The house itself was spacious and thoughtfully laid out, providing plenty of room for everyone to relax. It was also spotlessly clean, which made for a very comfortable stay. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing and well maintained place to stay!

Nice, well equipped room, perhaps a bit narrow, wide modern building complex with cosy spaces (bar, fireplaces). Beautiful pool (yet too small for such a big complex), breakfast with big selections, perfect position near the piers.
i was so curious to see the interiors of the hotel after browsing through the pictures, and it's even better irl! the hotel is very charming and its old-timey decor delivers both looks and comfort. my bedroom was cozy, it had an armoire to store clothes, and a bathtub which i always appreciate. the breakfast spread didn't have many options, but the waffle maker worked alright. tram connections just around the corner, and a pleasant walking distance from russian hill with lots of coffee shops and second hand boutiques.
Super friendly staff and a very cozy hotel! The wine and cheese in the afternoon is a nice touch, the fireplaces create an amazing atmosphere :) Also the coffee and tea throughout the day is great.
Wine reception daily from 5pm - 6:30pm. Microwave, fridge and fireplace in rooms. Separate vanity area to get dressed and ready for the day. Walking distance to local eatery and bodegas. Only hotel guests and staff can enter the hotel. Valet service offered was amazing. Cody, the front desk concierge, was warm, charming and welcoming. Francisco, our wait staff during the wine recpetion, was personable, witty and entertaining. A wonderful gem of a hotel!!
Loved the room decor! Pulled the chairs up to the fireplace on a rainy afternoon and it was very cozy! Bed was high and comfortable - I like it. Fabulous location for proximity to shopping. Excellent restaurant recommendations by the staff.
we had a great impression of this hotel. It's the best-scented hotel I've ever stayed at. hot shower, high quality products available in the bathroom. good bed! Even though we were in a room very close to the elevator, we didn't hear any noise that would disturb us. The atmosphere is really vintage and charming! The hotel is very well located. The breakfast doesn't have much variety, but it is very tasty and cozy.
