Clean, quiet, comfortable apartment. VERY CLOSE TO BEAUTIFUL PASS-A-GRILLE BEACH - less than a block, a very short walk. Very convenient to Publix, eateries, beach shops. Interior of the apartment OK. Nice kitchen, small bathroom, king size bed in a very small bedroom, cozy and comfortable living room. Two large Roku TVs worked fine. A/C worked well. Plenty of hot water on demand. Two beach chairs and two bicycles available for guest use. Convenient outside shower for rinsing off sandy feet.

Location was great. You could walk everywhere. Nice new building.
Everything went really well. I loved the cottage (number 3). I love just everything about where we stayed and the beach out our front door. Just beautiful! The staff was very nice and helpful when needed something very quickly. Very close to the ocean. Very satisfied and happy customer.
The hotel is excellent, well-located, clean, and offers many fun options! The owners are very attentive, and one of them showed us one of the renovated rooms! The new rooms will be of a 5-star hotel standard, with wooden floors, brand new cabinets, a new kitchen, and the best part: the bathroom!!! I can't wait to see the complete renovation, which, according to him, will be finished in a maximum of 3 months, and the entire hotel will be renovated.
Literal steps to the beach. Staff is very responsive to questions. Cottage had everything as described. Very quaint. Close to lots to places to eat. Short distance to many attractions. Very well maintained outdoor space. Several beach chairs and umbrellas to use.
The location was very convenient to the beach. The cottage is very roomy with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, fully equipped kitchen and comfortable furniture and beds. We liked the front porch, which was facing trees for privacy, on nights that were not too hot we enjoyed eating are supper on the porch, the bugs did not really come out until after sunset.
We are resting here now. Very close to the sea. The room has everything you need. Quiet and cozy. The owners are in touch and respond to all wishes and go to meet them. We like it here. We recommend
The bungalow was pleasantly decorated with the ocean theme. It was cozy and comfy. Having a door code made things easier for going to the beach and not having to worry about a key. It was lovely walking down the short road and onto the Gulf side. With a couple of TV's and WIFI we were set for our couple nights stay. There were restaurants within walking distance. We used the Jolly Trolly, which was very reasonably priced, to get to John's Pass for some souvenirs and lunch. Highly recommend.
Staying at the Oasis is like going to visit your favorite Aunt. We were treated like family! The other guests were so respectful, it's just the vibe! We had a regular size oven, fridge coffee maker and microwave. It was truly charming like Vintage Florida! Will stay here again when I can sneak away for fun and relaxing trip!
This is an old property , old pool, old hot tub, old bathrooms and bedrooms. There is a bad smell everywhere and everything is dirty. No restaurants, no breakfast and the employees are not nice. We needed to wait 1 hour for the bedroom and we arrived exactly at 4pm ( check in time) if you need just a last minute place to stay that is OK but if you want comfort quality cozy bedrooms vacations this is definitely not a resort.
