I will never stay here again i was told we would have a hot tub in our room there was none, I have pictures of blood on the blankets hair stuck to the drawers and doors floors weren't vacuumed. I feel like I was giving this room based on my ability to pay which was through affirm. The front office knew that because I had to tell them about my mix up online when purchasing the room.
I recently enjoyed a stay at a hotel that genuinely excelled in providing comfort and relaxation. The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean, with a plush bed and cozy seating areas. What truly set this hotel apart was the outstanding service. The staff's warmth and attentiveness made me feel genuinely valued as a guest.
There was nothing to like about this place. There was no pool. There was no hot tub. There was no breakfast. There was no microwave in the room until we DEMANDED that they provide one because a phone call prior to booking assured us there was a microwave in each room along with a mini-fridge.
Beautiful new hotel, clean and in a great location. Big pretty lobby with a lot of seating, breakfast included, but we didn't participate. Free onsite parking in parking garage. Beautiful rooftop pool and hot tub. Nice kitchenette, sink/fridge/cabinets/counter
Honestly, it was great. They're doing construction work but it didn't bother us one bit apart from the fact that you needed to go straight to the parking lot. The room was spacious, modern, clean, well equipped. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. It's walking distance from Riverside.
The staff was really nice. I had an issue with a door from the TV cabinet and the handyman can in as fix it right away. The rooms are nice and clean. I really liked this place definitely booking again for future.
Great sized room with a couch and full dining set of 4 chairs and table. The bed was comfy and I liked that there was a nice little light in the bed frame/cabinet. The scent of the soaps were amazing. (I definitely took them with me!) I also loved that it was really close to the river walk and that there was free parking.
