The property was ok for a night, the decoration and the kit hen were nice but the whole experience was bad, when we came in we found the house very dirty, dog hair everywhere; on the sofas, tables, bed sheets, etc. the whole hose wasn’t cleaned at all as we had to do it and we found a lot of dust everywhere. I requested back the “cleaning fee” I was charged as they certainly didn’t clean the house before our arrival and they didn’t reply. We spent over an hour trying to clean the house to be able to stay that night but it wasn’t pleased to stay there but we were with 2 kids to just go somewhere else during the night. It was very unpleasant to be honest. I certainly request that fee back as I HAD TO CLEAN THE HOUSE.

Super cozy place. Well located. Quiet and nice. It had everything I was looking for! Not a dislike, but I'm still not fully accustomed to 100% contactless management.
This house was so cute and could not have been in a better location. The extras like the coffee bar and the games were the touches that made it more like home. The owner communicated with us and was able to let us check in early to accommodate a special request. The house was clean and cozy. The fresh tulips on the table were beautiful too!

Oana and Andy are truly outstanding hosts. They made us feel comfortable from the get-go and were genuinely concerned that our stay was the best possible. The home is recently updated, yet maintains the charm of a cottage. Plenty of room and comfortable - very well appointed and the kitchen is well equipped.
The restaurant and bar was 1 of the best I have been to..the bartender over Thursday through Sunday was phenomenal and more than accommodating..went way above and beyond..food was terrific and priced very fairly..the cleaning staff did a great job always..at 1 point there was several teams of young soccer players who packed hot tub and you can imagine how it started to look..once it cleared out Saturday morning and staff got into pool area it was like brand new in no time and crystal clear
I was greeted in a charming and friendly manner which I was pleased. We were asked about our stay and told about the hotel and where to find our way around.
This hotel was not only visually appealing inside and out, but it was also SO clean and very well kept! The staff was super friendly as well! The room was cute, cozy and clean! My mom and I were both very impressed. Would definitely stay here again for my next Raleigh event!
