bedroom set up was great. Unit is large with great sunlight. we had an issue with the heat and the owner was very responsive and communicative and had it promptly fixed. street parking was easy to find.

The room is super clean, even on the top of the tall cabinets. The dining room and the continental breakfast really amazed us. There is also free wine/soda in the afternoon and cookies in the evening.

The unit has most of the items needed for multiple nights stay for our group. We did run out of Kleenex mid-stay and there weren't any in the lobby cabinet.
The room was ok, but very much need for renovation. Cabinets were just simply gross. I asked the front desk person for sheets for the sofa bed. The woman said she would bring them to room since we were going out to dinner. Came back from dinner to find that no sheets were delivered to room since the front desk person forgot the room number!
The location is amazing! Just five minutes by foot to get to nice cafés, bars, and restaurants. Penn's landing just around the corner is great if you want to go for a little walk or run. It will also only take you five minutes to get to some of the most important sight seeing spots and only around 15 to get to the city center.
The hotel looks really charming, and the room is really cozy and comfy. Everybody working there was also really nice!
