The room was nice although second bedroom was open without a door. But that is the only complaint. Everything was great and they provided allot in the room.

There was a door code for the building as well as the apartment. So, no accidently lost keys...yeah! Amazing, centrally located, smack dab in the middle of all the major music industry "houses", yet pretty quiet neighborhood (especially after business hours). This is an historic building, so expected a bit of wear-n-tear on hallway, elevator, but really not bad for this mid-century facility. Lots of great musical folks passed through these hallowed halls (if the walls could talk!) Loved the apartment! Super-clean, comfy beds, all the expected & noted amenities. They even provided coffee and filters...THANK YOU! Great feature was a separate toilet room, and separate sink/vanity area so you're not taking up the entire bathroom if someone is showering (or doing their business!) Reserved, off-street parking (pass is provided) on ground floor of building was much appreciated! Oh, and the super-clean, well-maintained, guitar-shaped pool was a blessing on the several hot days I experienced while I was there. Centrally located, within walking distance to many hot spots on Demonbreun, Broadway is a short jaunt (or just Uber over). Totally recommend and will definitely stay here again.

This is by far the most beautiful short-term rental I've ever been to. This southern Victorian house felt like living in a luxurious palace with all the amenities and comfort of a home vibe. Broadway St. is just a 10 min walk away, and it saved us hundreds of dollars on expensive parking lots. I definitely recommend booking this place if you're going to Nashville, You're not going to ever want to leave!

Everything in the cottage was immaculate and the hosts were always available to answer any questions we had. We definitely plan to stay again on our return trip to Nashville! Only 2 miles from Ascend Amphitheater and Nissan Stadium. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping! We loved it!
The bed was cozy and the place was better than most basic motels. Vinyl hardwood floors and a good table & chairs. The staff were present and responsive. Easy parking by your room and they have an excellent security camera system. I was only there to sleep and shower so it suited my needs just fine.

Location was great for Broadway and there is a lovely pool which we made good use of as it was so hot! Staff were generally very helpful. Bed was really cosy and we didn’t find any issue in our apartment with light from outside. It’s really solid base for a trip to Nashville and a massive benefit to have a great pool.
Great location, not far from the city centre. Nice cosy apartment. It was very clean. Would highly recommend if you're thinking about going to Nashville. We used Uber to get in and out from town which was cheaper than parking.
Liked the location, the Sauna, hot tub, games room, washer and dryer in the room, ease of access.
All staff were super friendly/helpful. Will be recommending this hotel to family/friends.
