The location was excellent. Close to everything, but secluded and quiet. The shady yard was wonderful. Plenty of outdoor seating for relaxing between excursions.

The location couldn't have been better. Kill Devil Hills is the best town to stay in while visiting the OBX, and the location of this condo couldn't be beat. Next to the Wright Memorial, the Teaching Gardens, the beach, and all of the great restaurants and shops (even ice cream shops), as well as close to Manteo and Wanchese. The pool with the lazy river and hot tub were added bonuses.
Wonderful beach bungalow, just across the beach road. Nicely decorated and in very good condition. I especially appreciated the generously sized coffee cups. There was a good collection of kitchen accoutrements, including a four-sided box grater. The fridge had a great ice maker. A nice bookshelf in the kitchen had ample room to store provisions. Most rooms had a ceiling fan, creating a pleasant breeze. The bed was very comfortable. Thanks for renting your place! I would definitely stay here again!
The apartment is cozy and close to the water. As the host has just started renting it out some things might not be perfect yet but when you need anything he will make sure to get it immediately (We needed extra sheets for the sofa to use and a kettle and we got everything right away.) Communion was perfect, easy to find and get in. There are even two bikes you can use, the kitchen is small but stocked with everything you need. We had a great stay. Thanks again for having us and your great hospitality!
Breakfast was delicious and hot items were available. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The indoor pool and hot tub were clean and a treat since we're there in January. Close to grocery store and several restaurants.
The location is fantastic, not right on the beach, but just a few hundred yards walk. It's close to some awesome restaurants and lots of other cool stuff to do. The little bungalow was very cozy. Nice big HD TV with lots of channels.
The place is small but very nice and cosy. Brad was immediately available to help when we had a little problem - an electrical fuse blew. We appreciated very much that there was no noise from traffic, as we like to sleep with windows open.
Lower floor cottage style clean room. Very comfortable Queen beds, quiet and within a hundred feet of the beach. Love that Jolly Roger Restaurant right next door ♥️🏖🙌🏻🌊
Fabulous rooms overlooking the ocean, couldn’t be closer. excellent staff providing extra blankets within 30 min of request.
Restaurant served delicious fresh meals and the bar was very cosy with great Margaritas served by a very convivial bar man.
