Breakfast was good. The view from the overlook was amazing. My wife and I went up at night and saw clear sky full of stars. It was awesome.

Everything, including the seating outside and on the top roof, the beautiful deers around the property, and the fact that I could see the full moon and the sunrise, was terrific. We also had all the basic stuff, including toothbrushes, which was very thoughtful of our Host.
The only little thing that was unpleasant was the smell of Fabuloso cleaner upon our arrival, but fortunately, it went away after we opened all the doors.

Everything was thought of, it was immaculate, bed comfortable and close to town but didn't fee like it. Lots of deer running around and the roof top patio was perfect. Very cute.

Our stay at Contigo Ranch was thoroughly enjoyable. We stayed in Cabin 6, which was spacious and comfortable for my husband, daughter, and me. The grounds are beautifully manicured, surrounded by lush greenery, and feature some short hiking trails. The cottages were impeccably clean, with modern fixtures and updates.
A highlight of our stay was the phenomenal breakfast delivered to our door daily. Each day, we enjoyed different homemade meals, including hot sandwiches, muffins, nuts, and more. The portions were generous and very filling.
Loved the seclusion, the hot tub, the clean lines of decor, the cleanliness of the cabin overall, and the comfort. Great to have all the comforts of home, including a washer and dryer, in a lovely cabin which is beautifully appointed. Very deceptively rustic from the outside. Very modern inside. Lovely garden complete with monarch butterflies. Pathway access to the river, outdoor swing by the river. Covered parking. Great overall! Would love to go back sometime. Great proximity to Fredericksburg, TX.

Idyllic, peaceful location where the main attractions are the wildlife, the spectacular sunrises and starry night skies. The cabin was beautifully presented, clean, cosy and had everything you could need. The breakfast provided was excellent & the hot tub was the icing on the cake! The host could not have been more welcoming and helpful to us. It was the perfect place to get away from it all & we would return in a heartbeat.
