The location was nice because of the proximity to the local wineries and downtown Fredericksburg. Each Bungalow was situated far enough from the others that you didn’t hear any noise. It had a nice outdoor space with a working gas fire pit.

I loved painting on the rooftop and watching the sunset and the location was perfect - just close enough to Main Street that you can stop by for food and immediately run away back to your secluded little abode. There’s an incredibly diligent and polite staff on the property that are quick if you do end up needing assistance - unfortunately keypad was jammed but he expeditiously ran over to show me where a hidden key was. Truly loved this place for a weekend getaway and am planning to come back soon.

Location was far enough to enjoy the outdoors and close enough(around 3 miles) to Main Street with all of the food and shopping, attractions etc. Very modern and clean with all of the amenities needed for a getaway. Enjoyed seeing the deer in the evenings and the awesome sunset view from the rooftop.

Our stay at Contigo Ranch was thoroughly enjoyable. We stayed in Cabin 6, which was spacious and comfortable for my husband, daughter, and me. The grounds are beautifully manicured, surrounded by lush greenery, and feature some short hiking trails. The cottages were impeccably clean, with modern fixtures and updates.
A highlight of our stay was the phenomenal breakfast delivered to our door daily. Each day, we enjoyed different homemade meals, including hot sandwiches, muffins, nuts, and more. The portions were generous and very filling.
Loved the seclusion, the hot tub, the clean lines of decor, the cleanliness of the cabin overall, and the comfort. Great to have all the comforts of home, including a washer and dryer, in a lovely cabin which is beautifully appointed. Very deceptively rustic from the outside. Very modern inside. Lovely garden complete with monarch butterflies. Pathway access to the river, outdoor swing by the river. Covered parking. Great overall! Would love to go back sometime. Great proximity to Fredericksburg, TX.

Idyllic, peaceful location where the main attractions are the wildlife, the spectacular sunrises and starry night skies. The cabin was beautifully presented, clean, cosy and had everything you could need. The breakfast provided was excellent & the hot tub was the icing on the cake! The host could not have been more welcoming and helpful to us. It was the perfect place to get away from it all & we would return in a heartbeat.
