Had to stay in the area for Christmas. Location was great- close to the strip and beach. Fenced yard for the dog. Everything was clean.

This place is cozy, in the center of town, and right near the beach. I usually stay for Christmas, because my family lives on the island. But in the summer folly is a wonderful little town and staying in the center is so much fun. Everything is walkable.
We had a great vacation while staying at Sol Searcher. Great cottage with beautiful Marsh view and 5 minute walk to the beach door to sand. No complaints other than Sling but we weren't there to watch TV!

I love the location! 2 blocks from the beach & 4 blocks to the local stores! The cottage is tucked back off the road so it’s very quiet & relaxing. The free laundry room was definitely a perk!

I absolutely loved the beachy vibe of the cottage. It was very clean, the bathroom was cool and unique, and I loved the little hideaway "attic" bunk with an extra bed up there. Hosts were great with communication and very kind.
I liked the cottage it is a very cute little house, it needs more attention, a really good cleaning walls, floors cabinet, mold needs to be cleaned out, needs to be sprayed for bugs and it would be A+.
