I liked how the home was inviting and comfortable. Sitting out on the deck or by the pool was very relaxing. The location of the house in the city was close to all the things I wanted to do. The house was in a great location to where it wasn't on a very busy street, so it wasn't loud, like if it was near a highway. It was a short drive in either direction to the beach or get good food.

We have stayed at these condos in the past and the place is a great place to stay to get away from everything. It is a 5 min walk from the beach. It rained a lot of the time we were there but the place was comfortable and provided what we needed. There is a small gym and sauna/hot tub. The condo has a washer/dryer and was perfect for what we needed.

Pros: the room was very clean except for the carpet. It turned our feet black, but the room itself was clean. The kitchen was clean with clean dishes to use in the cabinets. The room smelled very nice when we walked in. The carpets could be cleaner but other than that it was nice. Pool was nice but the hot tub jets didn’t work. The basketball court was cool! They also have an outside kitchen set up where you can grill. That was really nice!
The staff is amazing, breakfast was tasty and different everyday. I loved how clean and cozy the room was. Everything was seriously over the top amazing. I never had to worry about anything they had plenty of staff members that were more than welcoming to any issue/question we had.
Room was acceptable however, bathroom cabinetry was covered with dust. Odor of feces came through the vents on 2 occasions despite neither one in my party having been to the bathroom.
The bungalow was a cozy home away from home with plenty of room for our family. We liked that it was close to Corpus Christi for sight seeing, but the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful.
The convenience of everything. Breakfast buffet, indoor and outdoor bars, pool, hot tub, direct access to the beach. Friendly staff. Even watched a couple get married on the beach, while we were at pool.
