Place was great. Pool was a welcome addition especially when the ocean was too rough for the little ones. Nice, mostly shaded walking and bike paths along to main road. Out door decking on home was nice. Home was well stocked with starter supplies. It is in close proximity to grocery stores, shops and eating places.

loved to be able to bring our furry family members! loved the cottage, very pleasant. We loved the very fast response when we had a minor electrical issue, that was only a reset button after all.
The location and views were beautiful and the cottage is just an hour drive from the Outer Banks. Beds were comfortable and the cottage itself was perfect for our stay.

I liked how private the little cottage was with its own dock to fish. the cottage fit my family of 5 just right. less then a 10 minute drive we have access to a KOA and also a private boating dock where they allowed us you load and unload our jet ski.
The cottage was wonderful for our short stay in the OBX. We loved how simple it was. The beds were great and the shower was amazing! We also loved the beautiful views of the sound.

All areas were clean. Enjoyed the hot tub. The property is always clean & well maintained. It's quiet and very relaxing.
