I truly liked the home. It had enough space for my family. We all were able to have space to sleep and rest. The only issue was that the heat was not on so the house was really cold the first night and there was a squirrel in the ceiling in one of the rooms so it made it a little creepy but overall it was a beautiful place. It was about 40 minutes from Fort Jackson base but it wasn't too bad. I would definitely recommend this home for a large family that needs space. This home slept 10 of us. I would love to come to this home in the summer to enjoy the backyard and the swimming pool.

It was comfortable, cozy. It was perfect for our two night stay. Everything was clean and well cared for and very accommodating. It was convenient for the places we needed to go. The owner was very nice and offered assistance if we needed it which we didn't..We would definitely stay there again.

This house was perfect for us. It was very well decorated, extremely comfortable and close to everything. It was my birthday weekend so I had some friends come by and everyone fell in love with the place. The fact it was mobility accessible was a huge plus due to my bad knees. The beds were low enough to easily get into and there was a nice walk-in shower in the MBR. There was plenty of everything you would need furnished in the house. The owner was very easy to reach and helpful. My dogs LOVED the yard and cried when it was time to go home. LOL. Would highly suggest you stay in this lovely lake home! Thanks James!

The hotel is new, and the room and bathroom are very clean. The room is very cozy. The room was quiet and dark and we slept very well. The bed is very comfortable.
The house truly felt like a home away from home. It had every amenity we could need- cooking utensils, soaps, some games/books, plenty of seating, and a place to park. Our family of 4 had plenty of room. The home was beautifully decorated and the beds were super comfortable. The location was perfect and close to the Riverwalk and the Zoo that we chose to visit during our stay. We would definitely recommend The Berry Bungalow to anyone looking for a relaxing place to stay in the Columbia area.
Such fun and festive rooms and decor; the beds were wonderfully comfortable, the gathering rooms cozy and plentiful, and the checkin in fast and efficient.
Property was not what I expected. The online pictures were not what i experienced. Broken cabinets and smelly sheets. I purchased bedding because i could not tolerate the ones given. Im regards to location, I felt that i was in the ghetto. The room opposite mine had constant arguing. There is so much more... Will never stay there again.
I loved the home as a whole. I came to move my daughter into USC. It was so charming and comfy, I wanted to come back for another stay during parents weekend however, the cost then was far more expensive than I can afford as a single mother.
Organization and appearance of lobby and outdoor entrance - had a little seating area with two rocking chairs and an old English-looking telephone booth and lots of foliage with outdoor party lights hanging above the path.
Liked the fresh bananas and apples for guests to take at their pleasure. It has a really nice outdoor entertainment area with fireplace and grill and pool. People were hanging out and grilling despite the heat and humidity. The breakfast and dining area were top notch.
