If your desire is to be able to walk to the SUU campus or the Utah Shakespeare Festival, this is an excellent choice. The house is cute and reasonably well insulated from road noise. The keyless entry system was a definite plus.

It was immaculately clean and very nicely decorated. The kitchen was fully stocked with all that you need. Lovely bathroom and nice outdoor deck, though a bit chilly for me to use. Everything was so organized and perfect for any guest to enjoy. A wonderful place to stay. The owners were so communicative and helpful. Glad I booked it!

Home was very clean!!! Really liked that it was in a cul-de-sac, my grandson was able to play out front without worry of vehicles racing around. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Real close to downtown.

Liked the cute cottage feel and look. The food provided in the refrigerator was nice. But wasn't sure if it was an additional cost to eat it. Liked it was right in the heart of Cedar City. Additionally, liked there were streaming options provided to watch.
Everything, great location, great friendly town, great food in the town, good parking outside property, we really enjoyed our stay here and found the property clean and cozy, great size rooms, nice view of mountains from outside front door, extremely good value for the money
Super clean, all of the staff we ran into were super friendly, and a convenient location just off the freeway and close to Zion! The room was especially quiet, the beds comfortable, the breakfast buffet included eggs, bacon, cottage cheese, apple and orange juice, etc. Just very thoughtful with something for everyone. And the price was GREAT!
