The four-story house is a perfect home for a family stay in Washington. It’s fully equipped, and the location is safe, central and fairly well-connected to public transportation. The local team partner, Ebony Warren, was very much engaged in helping us with any issue, even showing up at 9:00 p.m. with her technical assistant to solve a problem with the internet connection. I would recommend the location to any group visiting Washington, DC.

This flat is just a scam, the owner never send us any informations that we had to book an other hotel last minutes because we were not sure we could get in. Then finally the owner give us the door code around 7pm (so 3 hours after the check in time). We had to fight to get the wifi code, we could not sleep in the rooms because there were not AC... it's was hot like hell. It's just a scam.

The location was fine for sightseeing, the house was spacious enough, very clean, and had most of what we needed for meals. The beds are also very comfortable. The host was very friendly and helpful, and the check-in and check-out went smoothly. I would use this house again if I have the opportunity to visit Washington DC.

Great location. Everything was clean. Host was easy to contact.
Cottages are perfect for travellers who enjoy feeling cosy and independent in the countryside. Usually small, traditionally built houses, cottages spread across one or two floors, making them great for families, or holidays with a little more privacy.
No coffee, no help bringing our luggage to the room, staff was not very helpful overall. Room was equal to a motor lodge and even they have coffee machines in the rooms! Mattress hard.
The temperature of the pool was very nice and warm. The room was cozy and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good. I had the oatmeal and it was hot and satisfying. The servers and table busers were very nice. Staff was polite.
Special recognition for Azeb at the breakfast service. I recalled her from a visit last year. So charming and kind. Rosie and Christie Love at the front desk. Courteous, patient and kind personalities. I wish I had the names of other staff members who were helpful and patient. I hope to be back.
