The rooms are rustic and cabin-like. Beds are firm but comfortable, and the place was
older, but very clean. Our request to be away from the highway was honored. Being allowed to bring our dog (cross-country move) was important. This facility is very dog friendly. Excellent communication from this hotel.
The backyard with the string lights and the yellow Adirondack chairs is charming. We spent the evening outside looking at storm from afar. Beautiful Lobby too
Nothing! Disgusting room. Furniture was damaged. One door missing from tv cabinet. Remote didn't work. Could not cut tv off. It was on when we entered the room. Bedspread was stained, and the towels were dingy. A smoking room was all that was available for pur overnight. It stunk. Hallway dirty and stinky. Air conditioner had a piece hanging off of it. The grounds were trashed.
The Relic cottage was clean, comfortable, private, and the perfect size for two people. I loved the decor inside and the Alice in Wonderland theme, especially on the fence. So fun and cheery! I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again if I return to Amarillo.
Zo was super responsive and helpful. Such a great and unique bungalow. So creative and comfortable. I would absolutely stay again and recommend to anyone coming to Amarillo!
