Comfortable apartment with nice location in Kovor, a small village about 3 km to South of Trzic. Breakfast is excellent with homemade bread and eggs from the farm. The Slibars are very welcoming hosts and happily provide info on the local area. We were doing part of the Slovene Mountain Trail; Kovor is only a slight detour and the apartment provided us the opportunity to get a good batch of washing done, as there was a washing machine, a good shower and spacious accommodations; a nice break from the cramped mountain huts.

Sasa was amazing, we felt welcomed right at the beginning.The breakfast was diverse and excellent. The jacuzzi and sauna were also really nice. Thank you for everything!
The room had great AC, big comfy beds, and everything you needed. The house also had nice seating outdoors for eating or chilling. Overall a very charming and homely house.

It was a wonderful holiday in the amazing Slovenian nature. The owners accepted me and my kids as a family. We fed farm animals, enjoyed the beautiful surroundings, visited the nearby adrenaline park, the Škofja Loka museum and even the swans lake in Zbilje . The rented apartment corresponded to the description: it was warm, cozy, had everything necessary for cooking and a pleasant stay. Recomended
We really like staying in Cottage Barbara. The cottage is cute and cozy, with a nice view. I especially liked the sauna, which is inside the house and you could use it any time you want. The kitchen had everything you need, even salt, pepper and coffee, and the hostess was very kind to offer us fresh cucumbers and greens grown by herself. The area is very quiet and remote. We came by car and there was private parking in front of the house.
cute little cottage on a hill overlooking town. an easy 10 minute walk into town. despite the snow & freezing temperatures, the cottage & sauna were both easy to heat & stayed warm. plenty of covered outdoor space to sit in. there's also a couple of benches (not shown in pictures) which look down over the hill side towards town, which was a great place to sit & enjoy watching the snow fall. barbara was friendly & helpful. if we returned to the area, we would definitely stay there again!

We felt welcome and taken care of. The washing machine was a huge hit for us as well as the fact that Andrea welcomed our pets and did not charge for them.
The kitchen was well equipped, we had a spare pillow to choose from too.
This is the perfect location to relax and enjoy the Slovenian countryside! This small lodge is located in Stara Loka, a quiet village only a short walk from the more touristy Škofja Loka. Perfect for walking around, getting to know the animals in the small farm and enjoy the breakfast with local products. The room was also comfortable and very spacious.
